KEM playing cards

Has anyone bought from kemplayingcards.co.uk before? I placed an order for a couple of COPAG decks on Sunday and they're still sat "pending" 3 days later, no sign of them being posted.

I don't speak Portuguese, but running it through Babelfish seems to suggest that the guy had to get his money back off PayPal because they didn't deliver.

Someone saying they've bought from here and recieved the goods before would put my mind at rest

I have bought Kem Cards but not from that site. I went through a ebay seller and he delivered as promised. He even icluded his business card in the package.

FWIW, I did get my cards, after 8 or so days. It looks like they've been posted from the US, so maybe it is just a US company with a European website.

However, they didn't reply to email enquiries at all, and there was no information about whether they'd shipped the item or not - all in all a crap service.

Out of frustration I ordered some cards from Fourthstreet.co.uk, who replied quickly to emails, were friendly, responsive and fast.

I would recommend those of us based in the UK to use them, and avoid kemplayingcards.co.uk

Glad you got your cards, I'm in the same situation with a old movie I ordered......it's been over a week and still no sign of it......and the company is only one state away from me!

I'm having some trouble with my order too from here. Normally on this type of e-commerce system, it tells you when your order has been dispatched. Maybe they just have no courtesy to inform their customers when they've shipped an order or maybe they just haven't bothered to even do anything with it despite the money being already processed. Here's the history of my order so far:

Ordered them Sunday, but no sign of them being dispatched and now Friday. I'm not happy, but I've emailed them about it anyway.

Just wondering, but how much were those cards? And do you enjoy them? I am trying to figure out whether I want a set of COPAG or KEM cards. It would seem KEM are higher quality because they also cost a little bit more.

Just got an update on my order today:

I'm hoping they were shipped earlier last week and have only been updated now.

I've discovered the guy running this has other 'chain' sites. Additionally, I'm sure they're being sent from the US - as a quick WHOIS lookup on the domain shows the individuals address (New York).

Pretty annoying that it claims to be a British site for us Europeans yet is actually based in the US. The reason I ordered from them is because I supposed they would have pretty swift shipping with me living in Ireland.

I'd say I'll get my cards in the end, but no apology about the order except for the automated update on the shipping.

Concluding this rant, I really wouldn't buy from these guys again. Nothing dodgy about them, just as a company they operate very poorly.

Finally got them today. Mine came from the UK and said they were shipped a week ago! Makes me wonder if they really were.

Anyway, don't deal with this company again if you don't want to be waiting ages to get them delivered.

They're nice cards anyway. Only opened the 1 deck.

I'd like to add to this thread.

I placed an order with this lot 2 weeks ago, still haven't received my cards. They haven't replied to any of my messages. I would give them a very wide berth, horrid company to buy from. Not happy.
