Jungle Freeroll Pays Off for Me Today

Well, here are the results of the two freerolls from Jungle Poker I played in this weekend. I thought to take some SS this time to post.

First was the free roll on Saturday.


Winning that tourney (actually top 3 would have been sufficient) got me free entry into the $10 + $1 tourney today.

And here is the result of the real tourney. No, it isn't a first place finish, but 3rd is respectable.
And since I paid nothing to get in either tourney, $120.00 is infinitely larger than my $0.00 buy-in.



This on top of some cash game wins = I'm going out to dinner tonight.

What more can you ask for? Can't beat free money! Way to go! I've looked into Jungle Poker, but never signed up for it. Maybe I'll give it another reviewing ...now knowing that someone has had some luck on that site. Thanks and hope the win brings you more $$!

All that work paid off. You know how the saying goes, "The harder you work for something, the more you appericate it." How's is Jungle Poker. by the way? I don't like the looks of the menu for the screenshots you posted.

I have played there and faired okay. Have you deposited at the site or have you been playing with the freeroll winnings. I'd be interested to know if you can take money out without first depositing. If so it would be a first for me.....

Maybe the screenshots don't do it justice, but I like the interface. Most, if not all, of the info you need is right there on your table screen. Maybe I'm a little goofy (I know, maybe?) but there is one little feature that I really like. When a level is coming to a close, this tiny pop up menu on your table slides open to show you the count down of the level so that you know blinds are going up. Like I said, not a huge thing, but it's one more piece of info that isn't simply crammed onto the table screen or only available back in the lobby.

I haven't deposited yet, as I was still getting a feel for the site. Now that I have a better feel for it, I don't have a lot of need to deposit immediately. I say that because, believe it or not, free roll winnings at Jungle Poker are available for immediate withdrawl (with or without a deposit from what I've seen and read). They are one of the very few sites that have NO restrictions on free roll winnings. As far as they're concerned, if you were able to win it, you can have it. That's pretty cool.

Also, another perk, is that they are not a MEGA site like Stars and UB are. So you can get into reasonable size tourneys or easily onto a cash table without much if any waiting at all. Not that I don't like those sites, but I won't play their freerolls. 15000 entrants allowed on some of Stars freerolls...please.

But all in all, I really do like playing at Jungle Pokerand will continue to play there.
