| So, if I read the document correctly, the domain names are returned to the ICANN authority (Internet Domain Registrar) and all charges are dismissed? (pending appeal) Awesome. The key statement [my edit for brevity] is "It stretches credulity to conclude... domain names... can be said to construe a machine... primarily for use in connection with gambling." If that had actually been granted, you could have concieveably argued that domain names and IP addresses or even Google were also created to facilitate pornography distribution to minors. |
