| It's gone Help! I have no urge to play poker! I went on a 4 week holiday over Xmas and New Year and didn't play any poker at all. For the first week I did read a bit of Phil Gordon's book to keep my brain thinking of poker but this soon stopped as I was having too much fun on holiday! Now I've got back I have absolutely no urge to play poker. I didn't come on here for a week whereas before I was on everyday, albeit lurking/reading. I've picked up a poker magazine a couple of times but soon got bored of the articles. Before I left I was playing poker regularly, enjoying it and making profits. Has this happened to any of you guys before? Advice? |

| Mine has been gone for about a year. In the meantime I've been hanging out here, soaking up info like a sponge. The urge is starting to return as my confidence rises. My advice is to play in CC events. The buyins are low, the competion is good, and you can have a lot of fun and meet great people at the same time. I'm planning to take my own advice more. |
