| Importing Full Tilt Hands into HEM Hey guys I just decided to download HEM, and after a bit of troubles, I finally got it installed. It automatically picks up my Pokerstars name, but I am more interested in adding my history from Full Tilt. I read around some forums and it says to add the full tilt folder "hand history", but the problem is, I do not have that folder. How do I get my hand histories from Full Tilt onto HEM, and do I need to re add them each time? If anyone can help me set up HEM, please let me know, or a link to a good explanation would be fantastic as well. I know NOTHING about this program or how to use it, but I figured its a step to bring my game up. Any other programs you suggest running with this? |

| Hi When you launch Full Tilt, in the Lobby click on Options/hand history and make sure that there is a tick in save my hand history. Launch HEM and click on the start import button, I guess you do this for PS so you should be ok with this, play a few hands on Full Tilt then go back to HEM and click on the "click to auto import folders" link and it should tell you it has found some new poker sites, click on OK and you should find that Full Tilt is now on the list and it should be importing Full Tilt hand histories ok now I have tried lots of poker programs but from my own experience you would be best getting the most out of HEM cos to me it is by far the best program and you dont really need anything else cos you dont want things to get too complicated and distract you from your poker. hope this helps? | re: Importing Full Tilt Hands into HEM poker There's lots of vids. online that will help you out with HEM. As far as 'any other software'.... "it depends".... it depends on what you're playing. I play tournaments & find it real convenient to use pokerprolabs tournament shark. It's cheap, legal & helpful. If you play SNG's you might want to check out the 'free trial' of SNG WIZ (& play around with it a bit). Also, I'd definitely download "Pokerstove" & use it while reviewing HH's. Another program I use (for review) is an 'auto-replayer'. I go with Popopop (you can import your HH's from an MTT or SNG into it & then replay entire game, or just check out hands you were involved in, etc. etc.). I also have an odds calculator site I use - - one that works for PLO, O8, Stud, & nlhe. |

| Thanks for the responses guys. I had to manually check the save hand history box and like Colin said and it started working. At first it was weird being in my way on the tables, but I eventually found out I can move the boxes around lol. I will check out some of the other programs mentioned, in the meantime I am going to fill my brain with info on how to understand his HUD and all its settings. Sit n Go Wizards looks neat so I might have to look into that Appreciated the quick responses, Im sure ill have more questions! |
