idea of poker stat free service

was wondering if there would be interest in a free service like poker edge where you can see a players lifetime and current winnings/losses and can be filtered by the site or stakes he is playing at. The info would be up to the kminute, and i perhaps want to expand later to include all hand histories played total on all the poker sites. what are the rules and limitations of datamining, some of you haveused pokertracker but i have not. how many tables are you supposed to be able to mine simultaneously, also what are the poker sites going to do if this kind of service is offered, they prohibit datamining right?
