I want a graph

I was wondering if someone could help to teach me how to make a graph, like the ones I always see ppl on here making just to name a few ppl, Zack, KC, Chuck T's, IceMonkey, Jags (Thats what I call him). My question is to make these graphs, do you have to buy a special program?
If you don't then can you tell me how to do it step by step ty all.

Also can the graph be converted to instead of keeping track of your wins/loss for the month to a Wins/loss per 100 MTTS, and a different section to keep record of your cash games, and a different section to keep track of your SNG's.

Example would be Say Screen name/ Buyin%Type/place
Abdi122 /4.20mtt/14th
Abdi122 /4.20mtt/90th
Abdi122 /4.20mtt/1st

Abdi122 .5/.10 Buyin 10 profit/negative

I assume you already know about PT3? I think the majority is from there or HEM. You could try this, it's pretty cool, sadly you have to input all the information yourself, but it's pretty cool, http://www.thehendonmob.com/MyPokerDiary/

Yeah most of the graphs you see are generated from wither Holdem Manager (HEM) or PT3. If you want sng graphs then you need PT3 or possibly Poker Manager to generate graphs from. You could also use Sharkscope, but be careful if you use Sharkscope as this is against Pokerstars terms + condidtions.

Google "Poker Grapher" it's free, and I'm sure you can find it out there somewhere. Makes graphs like this:
