I'm on TILT

I hope this the right place to relase the steem.... I'm so pissed off ,that you cant imagine ,all day long I'm just loosing and its drive me nuts!!!!
I loose with great solid hands to rag.
and of course on a big tourny I finish on the most ugly place, as the buble boy, I took some cash it coverd my buy in, but thats all, the first place get there 414$, damn I don't know what to do. any suggestions people....

First of all STOP playing right about now and take a doggone break, a little time away takes the tilt away maybe you're playing a little to much? take a time out and rethink things.

thank you for the advices guys, I really hope to reabilitate myself ,I always tell myself after each time I tilt that this won't happen again and this happen every single time.
