I forgot to get the HH to see if I actually played this right but the guy was betting into me the whole way so I just called him until he bet the river when I raised a little less than the size of the pot and he folded. What is an appropriate value bet in this situation?

Aw, i'd have raised him on the turn to try and bump the pot up a bit. Ironic thing is that the river Kc might have cost you a bit (I cant see anyone calling a bet on that board with, at best, a 9 of clubs).
