I'm just wondering. If cake poker or any small poker room can just stop letting americans play just in the blink of an eye?

Yes. There is no international law that says you must let us play. However, the market says that they won't do that. If they find there is some law that does affect them, then we are out in a flash.

I dont see why poker is banned in america, im from England and we dont have the problem. To me poker is a form of investment as in buying stocks and shares... stocks and shares = gambling, yet its legal to invest in the stock market in america right? strange.
