Omaha being what it is, I am suprised that you went that far with that hand.
The smallest of boats, vs a relative battleship. Yeah its ok to bet it, but don't try to buy it with that. You're last hope was to fold it after villan called. At best you might have split the pot with a low hand, so betting ONLY put you in jeopardy.

But then you knew all this, and want our sympathy? OK,

Rob, terrible hand. First of all, that starting hand has nothing going for it, not even any decent lo-hand potential. You flopped a set and got re-raised. By what? Anyone with just a pair of 7's wouldn't have done that. Your king is just an okay kicker so you must immediately put him on an equal or better hand. If he has a lone 2 you need to worry about an ace (A2 is the most common starting hand in OH8). If he has 77 then you're already competing against a full house. A 3, great, you filled, you bet, you got raised, again. Let's not be results oriented, I realize that he didn't fill 'till the river, but you can't know that. Time to exercise a little caution. The river is a dixie, this didn't help you but could have helped him, why raise him? If you were going to do that you should have done it on the turn. Then he re-raised you all in and you called? Don't give me any excuses about being pot committed, you MUST have known you were beat. You called out of frustration, nothing else. All those river beats bust have messed with your head.

Oh, and as far as the chop goes, that was
