I just don't get it, I'm doing something wrong but I don't know what.

I've played a lot for the past few weeks but I'm just not building my bankroll at all. I'm pretty much staying even. I'm not losing money but I'm not gaining money. I remember during one time in the Fall I made about $2000 in literally two or three days, from playing $33+3 Sng turbos on full tilt. I was cashing almost every time and usually placing first. I think I'm doing something wrong, but I just can't figure out what.

To add to the previous questions; if you played 33+3 last fall, what are you playing now? Same thing?

Here's something to consider...last fall the UIGEA hadn't been passed yet. The games were full of alot more fish then.

Last fall here's what happened to me. I started the fall with $1000. Built it up to about $4500 from $33+3 Sngs. Got 2nd in a rebuy tournament for $4500. Then started playing $100 SnGs and $200+ buying MTTs. Then over the next two weeks lost about $2000 (I'm starting to think the quality of play is higher as you move up in limits). Then placed 4th in another rebuy tournament for $2600. That all happened in the fall.

Since late november/early December, I've been playing $33+3 or $55+5 Sngs (about half the time I play turbo half the time regular) or $30-$100 buyin MTTs, but I'm just about even from then, can't seem to make any profit now.
