I can't concentrate! I always play online poker and I tried playing 2-3 tables at the same time. Well, I just tried and it actually confuses me. Last week I just got a flash in the other table and I accidentally Fold it it's because it is my turn to move at the same time in the 2 tables. And I viewed the last hand, I should be the one to win that pot. Do you guys also play online poker 2-3 or even 4 tables at the same time? lol.

I've played more than one table at a time and have enjoyed it. However, if you want to just kick back and relax just play one table. It's easiier to get a read on the other players when you play just one table. Good luck at the tables.

a lot depends on your mood i.e. are you likely to get bored and play too loose if you were to play on one table. It is much easier to relax and get a read onb players when playing just one table but i appretiate that it can get a little dull on, i think you just need to find whats effective and comfortable for you on each seperate occasion you play. I'm sure as others have said though it is a skill you develop with practice playing at multiple tables. Hope this was of help

re: I can't concentrate! poker KISS. Keep It Simple Mister. Play however many you are comfortable with, it's not a contest. I personally find that if play one tournament I overconcentrate on it and become hypercritical. If i play two, it keeps me busy and distracted enough to relax if that makes any sense. I will drop off the second game as the first one gets down to the money and focus on the one that's going to pay especally when blinds get rather large. Good luck.

Just take it slow and build up from one until your comfortable, add another and so on until you feel you can play a good amount of hands/hour whilst having time to think about your decisions and playing good poker. |

I think you can play more than 1 table, you can just take your time before every turn, watch the dealer notes on how the others played to read the players, and see the cards on board to see if you want to play that hand. Of course you can't play too many tables that way but 3 tables it's ok (30s for a turn).

re: I can't concentrate! poker I like to play a multi-table tournament, and then open up a cash game or a sit-n-go. That way if I am getting a bad run of cards at one table I might be getting a good run on the other and it makes both games less tedious.

You have to play as many tables as you able to operate. When cards comes not for you, looks like it is very long game to see how your opponents play. But sometimes, not so often, you have rockets on every open table, and if there are many of them - you are in trouble.
