| I can't beat 10NL! Okay here is the thing, I am beating all limits besides 10NL, I was crushing 5NL, and I am doing rather well at 25NL which I know is out of my bankroll I am getting smashed in 10NL and I don't know what to do, I can't get paid of, and can't make up any ground. I know I need to beat 10NL, because it is much better for my bankroll then continuing to play 25NL but it isn't really to good for my bankroll to keep getting smashed at 10NL. |

| re: I can't beat 10NL! poker ...and definitely your sample size for these levels. I'm betting its too small to put much significance in winning at 25nl (otherwise you'd likely be rolled for 25nl by now) and maybe not enough of a sample at 10nl for it to be anything more than a bad run. | Okay at 10NL: 4007 hands -7.64BB/100 I buy in for the max, play 100BB tables mainly 6MAX, play premium hands in early position, open to steal blinds in late position, and mine for sets. I'll just throw 25NL in here too: 620 hands 26.59BB/100, exact same strategy, buy in etc. |

| You can't know how you do at a given limit over 600 hands. 4000 might be a swing too, but it depends on whether you feel like you've been on the good or bad side of variance. It's quite easy to have a 4k hand bad streak, even when you can crush the limit. Then again, it's possible that you are still a losing player at 10NL, in which case you should do some hand analysis. What are your stats? |

| re: I can't beat 10NL! poker That sample size is nothing in both. Most likely simple variance. It's possible you'd be a long-term loser at both or possible you'd be a long-term winner at both. That sample however means close to nothing. |
