Clearly wasn't, but couldn't he have picked a better hand?

i mean, it gets tough to say here, but on another level of MTT thought, he picked a decent enough hand for me not to hate this play, simply because his cards are live against any broadway besides AT-JT and he obv loses against any pair, but if hes trying a resteal, it can be a decent play.
in a vacuum obv his hand actually matters, but depending on the table situation it could have been a good resteal that runs into a good hand.

fwiw, i think im capable of making the same play with the same cards. in this situation, it didnt work for him ldo, but theres not enough info to really judge this.

Lets put it this way, he has stolen every non-raised hand. He was gonna get called by quite a range of hands, he just got a little cocky I think.
