If I were playing that table it would depend on my read of the player.
You have the over-pair but there are quite a lot of possibilities with this flop, straight draw or a set, even a higher over-pair KK / AA. You bet 1/2 pot and get re-raised ... that should make you cautious but a call is correct you could make a higher set or top the straight Would be interesting to know more detail like your read on your opponent etc GL |

Against a tight player, fold. Against a donk, call. |

Against most decent players, you're usually drawing here, against (AA, KK, JT, JJ, TT, 44). Until you have enough information to know who's a donk and who's not, assume that they have the goods. If you or villain has few chips left, it's an easy call, if you're both deepstack or midstack, more than 15 BB, I would fold.

Most likely you are ahead, not always, but you probably are in this case.
push push push if its low buy in $5 donkeyfest cash game. Obv if its higher limit maybe you are not in front - but you hardly give enough info for me to make a good calc or decision anyway. |
