How to organise your Home and time for Poker...

Hi ,

i don't know how you all are doing it but with the time i had some Problems to organise all at home.

There is the wife, the dogs, poker and my favorite TV Shows.... a little work in the office is also to do....

I decided to reorganise my office and i put beside my Computer a TV!!!!

Fear Factor, The Contender, CSI, American Idol and Poker together no more Problem.

It left the dogs and the wife.....

The Dogs are most of the time outside, so they are ok and twice a day i go walk a couple of hours also with them and the WIFE!!!!!!

It left the nights here with the wife.... She is Teacher and i bought her a Laptop that she don't have to use my Computer and i have my Paradise for me.

I think i did a good job here what do you guys think about that ?

And how are you doing it ?

First suggestion that may help..


..stop watching american idol.


As for myself, I do what I want when I want. No ties for me, well apart from my job but considering phasing that out as well should things carry on like they are. Oh and I don't watch pop idol ;]

the american idol is just interesting for the first weeks when it's the "REAL SUPERSTARS" i allready stop watching it but my WIFE!!!!!!!!!! she can't let it.

And so , when she is with me in the office..... IMAGINE!!!!

Very funny post. American Idol is good for an hour or two of my time I love it.

For me, it's the just like an all-in bet set to music every week.

Some advice though...if you get too caught up in Poker you'll probably end up sleeping with the dogs and making a post here about how you used to have a wife!

no no...my Wife is fine with Poker.

She is suporting me and try to help me to get to the WSOP/WPT.

I have this goal for 2005 and she know it and that's why there is no Problem.

Sometimes we do still have time together and beside this : She is so busy with her Job ..... She is a Teacher and she take it really serious and is working hard.

I do the same thing. I got the wireless connection going on so, I lounge on my couch while I watch tv and play 2 tables at a time. Most the time I don't really end up watching much of the program that is on because the games get so intense, but it's nice to have SportsCenter in the background so I can check out the scores and highlights the few seconds I do have between hands.

Dude, get a grip. Reality Check. Unless you are pullin down $100+ an hour, Kids and wife are more important

lol. I was just about to welcome peter back and try to come up with a funny reply like " I think you should walk your wife more often" when I realized that chane had dredged up an 8 month old post.

Well that means Peter definetly is in the doghouse with the wife inside on the couch with the remote!
