How is that every time I push someone has AK, AA, or KK?
Every single time I make my first all in move shortstacked with a reasonable hand like ace 10 into just a few random hands, how is it one of them has a premium hand 99% of the ****ing time? I'll watch other shortstacks go all in every single round, and they never, ever get called. They are probably pushing with garbage like ace 2 or king 5. I'll watch one player literraly push all in about 6 out of 10 hands, and never get called. And he then has a nice healthy stack. Every time I make my first push in middle or Late position, someone has AA, KK, QQ, JJ, 10 10, AK, or AQ. I'll go 100 hands without getting anything like those hands.

Yours is a really broad based question. Would need a lot more details than you give here, and one specific answer couldn't possibly cover all the possibilities. On the surface it does look like you have developed a very specific table image / tells.
Mix up your play a little. You did say you wait for that ONE 'reasonable' hand to play 'short-stacked'. Wondering why those all-inners 6 of 10 are winning. They are simply more aggressive, willing to put it all on the line, bet the farm, on that donkey hand. They know they have to start earlier to build that stack, or they too will be short-stacked making desperate moves. It's the risk they take, and it does bring rewards. Learning how, when and where to pick that spot is a big part of it. Try some freerolls and experiment. Don't let 100 hands pass you by. |

Everyone has been through this, I still some how manage to run into the monster hands when I'm short and it's late in a tourney, it seems that I have a gift of doing so no matter what my hand is, just chalk it up to bad luck and move on.
