How does one put copy of Tournament Lobby on This Site?

I'm trying to post the copy of my finishing of my tourney, how do I copy it and post it to this site. I've seen some people put a copy of there finish on this site, and I have no Idea how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Take a picture of your screen (upper right PrtScn - paste to MSPaint), then crop, save, and attach.

Just press Prt Scrn on your keyboard, paste it into paint, save it, then upload as an attachment or upload to a place like Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket and link to it with an [I.MG][/I.MG] (remove the periods)

Slightly simpler....hit print screen button, open paint, hit "control v", crop, save, upload.

Edit.....''control v'' automatically pastes your screenshot into mspaint.

Save it in MS Paint as a JPG file, they are smaller. No need to use a third party poker photos stop.

type some text describing the situation, then Manage Attachments, find the saved xxx.JPG file and upload it. Once it shows in the manage attachments box, drag it up under your text. Preview to verify
