how do you load cash into sites & still avoid fees?

I would play cash games on various sited more often if they didn't require a % of your money going to the transfer agents. I was told full tilt has one of the best systems. Is this true? Are there other sites that allow you to deposit funds without attached fees? Having to win b4 you can even GET EVEN seems excessive!

It's hard to avoid fees at the present moment. Some things like credit card deposit (if yours works), or wire transfer/cheque will be without fees, but these middle men like to get their cut.
