| If a card is bent our creased (either on purpose or accidentally) it may stick or otherwise not not run smoothly through the automatic card shuffler. That's when the red light goes on and the dealer has to open the shuffler to see what the problem is. If this happens a few times with the same deck, the dealer will likely take a look at the problem card(s). That's when the bend or creased card may be discovered, necessitating the replacement of that card. The automatic shufflers also count the cards, just in case someone failed to return their cards to the dealer (accidentally or on purpose) after the previous hand. |

If any inconsistencies are found, then the shuffler will electronically dust for the most recent prints on the cards and send the fingerprints to a secure database of known casino cheaters and when the culprit is found the casino security is then notified. Security then kindly escorts the culprit to a basement level room where the proceed to physically interrogate him on how he was able to slip the cards in the machine un-noticed.....I have said too much already. Moral of post is. never try to cheat a casino. |
