Hours before a live tournament!

What do you guys do in the hours before a big buy in live tourney. Do you do anything to prepare?

I usually practice online before a big buy-in live tourney. Maybe try playing hands you don't normally play and see how it plays out and practice my bluffing as well.

If I'm in a casino I'll either be playing in a cash game or having a bite if the tourney is going to be a long one.
