Don't hold your breath waiting for the US to yield to that. Canada has won at least 3 WTO rulings against the US re the soft wood lumber trade and nothing ever came out of it.

If I recall correctly the latest "blow" to online poker came when some senator or congressman put a "rider" on an emotional bill.

This isn't ALL Bush's fault. He was damned if he did, damned if he didn't.

We need the line item veto in this country...and we need to do away with stupid ass riders on bills.

How you can attach an anti online gaming law to a bill to fund the Iraq War or New Orleans hurricane relief or any other piece of legislation is the most stupid crap I've ever heard of honestly.
