The only unfamiliar name on there to most people will be Guy Laliberte. He plays on Full Tilt as "noataima" I believe. Well, if any of the other names are ones you don't recognize, I suggest you get from underneath whatever rock you live under.

Can't wait -- should be awesome to see how the huge amounts of cash come into play for bluffs and making huge calls.

Just finished the article -- lol at the 2-7 bonus. Awesome idea.

Really?!?!? uve never heard of High Stakes! Well its probaly one of the best shows out there because of the fact that it really is $100 000 for buyins mostly. Brad Booth bought in $1 000 000!!!!! in season 3. Check out season 3 on youtube. The complete season is on there!

Assuming you live in the USA, it's on the Game Show Network.

The shows are almost always posted on YouTube or PokerTube by the next day if you don't have GSN.

I love watching High Stakes because it is pretty much the only consistant cash game on tv. I watched the Aussie Millions Cash game, but High Stakes is just that HUGE STAKES lol. It is usually very well known players too which is good for the people new to poker. One of my fav players is townsen so I love to watch him on HSP!

He can definitely afford to play "high stakes" poker, being the founder of Cirque de Soleil, and reportedly worth over a billion. He FTed the WPT championship this year, has a fairly LAG style game, and Isabel Mercxier has apparently been coaching him some.

high stakes poker is a great show, i think its my favorite poker to watch, because you get to see how the players actually act and the personallitys, also see how doyle brunson would play 78s on the button, or how daniel negraunue will play AKo first to act.
