Heads-up on overlay

Sorry to the US guys, but I feel compelled to mention this for the rest of our benefits:-

The Titan 10K guaranteed went with a 5k overlay
The Titan 6k guaranteed went with a 3k overlay
Some others went off with smaller overlays
They look in two minds whether to let the $4500 guaranteed go with a £3708 overlay!!

Worth keeping a close eye on.

Thanks, Welly. Useful tip, hadn`t spotted that. Wonder how long it`ll be before they reduce the guarantees.

nice spot Welly. Worth noting, the guarentees on the Boss network have been overlayed for the last 3 weeks or so.

Well that went well

Just to emphasize how crazy the overlay is....each tourney has an average of like 33% fewer entrants plus or minus. Makes it very easy to place high if you're patient - the tourneys will only be overlayed this much for a certain amount of time before (as Egon mentioned) Titan changes the prizepools. Get 'em while they're hot!

yep, just busted from one with 2.3K overlay....shame

Player numbers started out about 6500 (late evening in UK)

By 1am (when most Americans usually playing), was down to 4464

Then slid to 3612 by 2am

and 3277 by 3.30am

(thats low!! or what)

When a 'Guaranteed' Tourney is undersubscribed.

eg Guaranteed prize pool is 10k, but they get less than 10k in revenue from entrants (they therefore have to fund the difference)
