pokerstars has a 2.20 buy in for sunday 100,000 tourney. it gives you a seat for every 11.00 in the satelite. i have won 4 already. if you have a ticket pokerstars will credit you in tourney dolars .a good way to build up your bankroll

I just got an entry into the $100,000 tourney on my first try. I think I will play in a couple more to get some tourney dollars since this one seemed really easy.

Yup those 2.20's are easy its where the noobs start their sat's, thats where I started lol, the turbo 36 man 2.20 one too is also easy and quick money.

I realize $2 is nothing to get into a $100k guarantee, but isn't it more of a freeroll trying to place in it with a probable 8-12k entrants? I realize it's well worth it if you make it anywhere in the $, but isn't the play horrible in these things. Bad beats a plenty, attempting to step over land mine after land mine? I can tell you my questioning of this is because my "bankroll" is micro and trying to build upon it is basically taking "shots" because of risking a great deal of it just to enter the smaller tourneys on stars. In my case would you consider taking a shot attempting to take one of the 6 seats in the satellite (which doesn't seem to hard) then another in the $100k minor donkfest, or don't even bother? What's your thoughts and good luck on Sunday!

I would say just take a shot at it. If you just play premium hands at the beginning of the Sunday 100 Grand people drop out pretty quickly and you can easily double up when you finally do get a monster. You just need to be patient and wait for all the idiots to go out.
