It is my favorite site, and now they have done a very very fine thing.
Last friday they went down. By the time I checked they had divied up the monies due at the table I was on and deposited it in my account.
Now they apologize, and give me $5.00.

Finest oops apology I got today!

I've had this happen a couple of times before on Stars due to their server issues, and they did the following:

- For every player still in the tournament, half the prize pool was split evenly among them. Tournament fees were also refunded to players still remaining.

- The other half of the prize pool was split according to chip count.

About as fair as one could hope, and definitely the solution that satisfies the greatest number of players.

I was in a money sitngo, 45 players I think, I was above average chip stack.
They split the money and divied up the pool which included the total buy in.
I was happy there, as I made a small amout.
The extra $5.00 was the very welcome suprise.

Another great thing was that I was able to come here and verify that the site went down. Nearly immediately. We all know how frustrating it can be to not know, and have no way to verify.

I've always been satisfied with solution at full tilt. Better than most other site when comes to error resolution. And, they are commited to staying available to US players!!
