Has anyone used?

hi all
I have joined this forum tonight and have spent the evening Looking through threads. I'm a novice player Who loses more than I win. I'm physically disabled So reading books is very difficult for me. I have found a series of videos by Doyle Brunson and Mike Caro "Poker University- The Complete Course" I am considering buying. I know it is relatively expensive but I will watch these lessons over and over again.

I was wondering if anyone has used this series of videos and if So what did you think? Likewise if there are any othervideo resources you know Of Please let me know?

I would not recommend any of those.

Get a subscription to Deuces Cracked or some other video training site.

can I ask why and which Websites Are best for Video training? I've just had a quick look at Deuces CrackedAnd it looks great with plenty of videos!

Why wouldn't I recommend them? Because both Doyal and Mike are out of touch with the modern game.

DTB is probably my favourite. Never really understood how to use DC but that probably just me.

Card runners and Deuces Crecked has great coaching videos. The sites are adding new videos every day, all stakes and game types.

What training site you choose depends partly on what you're playing (cash, tournaments, sng's).
For a bit of each I'd recommend DragTheBar
(you can also check out some freebie 1wk. offers on some).
If you hunt around online you'll be able to find some decent vids..... but will have to sift through countless trashy ones first.

if you're strictly a micro stakes player, another option might be GrinderSchool. They have a lecture series on there as well as typical training vids. (lecture series might be decent for ya). With business being slow on many sites, you can probably get a decent deal on them (ie. no sign-up/registration fess)

BlueFire has just added an MTT team... they now have cash legends (Giggy, Galfond, Senti, Niman, Leatherass), SNG legends (DDBeast, DarinVG), and a very strong team of MTT guys! Sick value for $30/month

Stu Ungar, Bluenowhere, and Poker Orifice are all ppl who's opinions I respect so what they say I listen to. Oh and look for Blackrains vids, he kicks ass at micros and is a member here.

Highly recommend DeucesCracked. No signup fee, video's aren't encoded and has a good range of videos, however I did find some were a little outdated.

Previously I would say if you are playing PLO or NL cash, bluefire was the only way to go. Now they have SNG and MTT team as well, so really not much else need for anything else... except maybe mixed games?
