Hand History Converter

hi all, I'm having problems with the hand history converter.
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. I cut and paste the hand history
and hit convert and I get Error: Format not recognized. If this is a supported site, please report it.

The converter seems to be working fine for PokerStars HH right now. Are you sure that you're copy/pasting the entire HH from your file? If you miss a piece (especially from the beginning) you may have problems. Also, you probably can't post a HH that has been posted or converted already as they sometimes lose formatting that is required by the parser. I'd suggest you try a few more times to eliminate a user oops from the suspected problems.
