Got my first 75 cents!!!

WOUHOU!! I ended in 60th in a 981 players freeroll on pokerstars which allowed me to get my first 75 cents in real money! I'm so happy! I haven't played them yet as I am waiting to get some more real money in order to be able to play a little longer with it. Still I am very proud of myself and hope to make some BIG MONEY playing poker over the Internet!!

You have to start from somewhere. i started at Intertops with 6 dollars and Bet365 with 4.50. I turned that into many 100 dollar cashouts. I love freerolls to get my account going.

I know some players who started only playing freerolls and have almost 4k in there netteler accounts

How do you consistently make money on freerolls. There are usually 2000 to 5000 people in it that all want to go all in, all the time. Even with premium hands you tend to get beat by some fool going all in with 2,5 offsuit. This seems to happen to me all the time??AHAHAH.

Congrats and great start, I haven't won loads of money but I have won a bit and was all from freerolls and small buy ins. So just keep it up and GL. BTW what were you playing? I never seen a freeroll at Pokerstars that paid out like that, am I missing something? Do tell

I was playing Texas Holdem. It was a freeroll sponsored by travelaxe. Top 81th players were getting some money out of this.

Hay won my first 18.50 in a UB freeroll hosted by Cardschat.com and I am up to almost 75 dollars now.

great thing about freerollers... you can play for free, win and if your luck ran the right way... can bring that money you won up high enough to play a double shoot-out at PS.com and go to the WSOP for free.

Great job, I know the feeling of excitement when you get to play for real! I won $15 at a Noble (cardschat) freeroll and have it up to $27 now playing NL .01/.02 blinds table.
