Got lucky

Last night I played in a 00.25/00.50 ring game, on the third dealt hand had K-Q, flop was Q-Q-5, ended up going allin won $30. What I'm wanting to know, is it better to play in ring games or sit n go's to increase my bankroll?

No offense, but from the shape of your post I would guess that you need to look up bankroll management articles before you start looking into your question. If you're feeling lucky winning 60BBs, and you don't know whether you are a more profitable player playing ring games or SNGs, then I have a feeling you aren't nearly rolled enough to comfortable play 50NL.
