A good news thread for a change
I know I am usually known for writing threads about bad beats, or advice on playing the game. There will be absolutely none of that in this post. Even though for the past couple of months I am only around even, I have 500+ which started from a measly 5 bucks.
Today I made a withdrawl and well the money I withdrew will be going towards a trip that I will be taking on Canada Day weekend. All I can say is it's about time poker did something good for me . |

Congratulations to all of the winners out there! - don't get to hear too much about people winning around here!
I had a fat payday on Monday at Party Poker, winning over $2500. I withdrew $2400.00 - the Fed-Exed cheque should be here by Monday at the latest. Been playing for all of 10 months now - 4 months with real money. I've found the quality of play at the real money tables is soooo much better which makes the game much more satisfying to play.....far fewer bad beats than at the play chip tables. Enjoy your trip KK and don't forget to let us know about your winning hands when you return! |
