| Same old, same old, IMO. Frank may introduce a bill soon...well duh. Glad to see the NYT finally put an article out that's been out by tons of other people all over the place for the past few months. I think PokerNews has done like a story a week on this. Anyway, one interesting thing from the article: "But speculation that Las Vegas casino operators were looking into the possibilities was fueled by recent reports that Harrah’s Entertainment, which owns Caesars Palace and other casinos, recently hired Mitch Garber, former chief executive of PartyGaming, for an unspecified role. Harrah’s did not return calls." I had heard rumors last year that Harrah's already has an online poker site ready to go, and as soon as it becomes legal, they'll flip the switch, and you'll have direct WSOP qualifiers through them. |

| I find the whole mess ridiculous! Aren't we lucky to have big brother looking out for us since we're too stupid to look out for ourselves. The only way online gambling is loosened up is if the govt can tax the heck out of it like tobacco and alcohol. |
