But if you want the whole (summarised) story then read below. Ill have to tell most of the story since i cant find the thing on the internet, since i can't be bothered to look, but i heard about it on sky poker news yesterday

Basically about a year ago this happened

But recently, there has been a similar retrial kinda thingy over the situation on whether poker is a game of chance or a game of skill. As the entire jury were non poker players, they came to the decision that poker was a game of chance. Therefore, us british folk still don't have to pay taxes on poker winnings or something along those lines. Basically it means its a +Ev situation for us, yay

oh yea i remember reading that. I was going to actually ask if you needed to pay tax on your poker winnings, but i guess not
