Good luck.

Sometimes you can still call with really good cards. You have the pot odds to win, and if you do you are guaranteed to advance deep and cash out.

Tonight I was at a free roll table. The first hand I had just after sitting down was AKo. People started raising and I glady called. A few of them kept raising back and forth and I kept calling because... it is free anyways.

I know they probably aren't re-raising with KK or AA. Plus if I hit an A or K I will be a huge favorite. Finally, 5 people went all in with the first hand, and I hit an Ace on the river. The best opponent I faced had QQ.

I don't know the English word for 5X up. Double, triple, quadrapole, pen... something?

Of course, I've lost in other multi-way all-ins with AA and KK (lost to rags like 35, lol). But I am still making a profit from these huge, easy pots.

Risking all your chips against 4 other players with AKo is a terrible play. You will lose the great majority of the time. With the typical range of hands for the other three players, I estimate you have about a 25% chance to win the pot. AK is not a good hand in a multiway pot. It has its most value HU.

I have found that risking all your chips with AKo against 4 other players is a GREAT play in these the first few hands. So what if you lose one in three times (the other four will usually have worse hands)? If you win, you have a reasonable chipstack. If you lose, there will be another one along in three minutes and they are FREE! I usually end up playing four at at time with a 4000+ chipstack and can play a reasonable game (that is, no more all in with 25% odds unless you out-stack the opponents by a bunch). I have made it to the final table a few times and to round 2 in the Aussie Millions once.

The freerolls are Sit and Goes that pop up, are filled in SECONDS, and away you go. I find them by bringing up the final (Jan 27 for Poker After Dark), selecting the soonest round 2 satellite, and waiting for the round 1's to show up in the satellite window. I close the final window but keep the round 2 window up to add more as they come up. You have to be QUICK, though.

If you can play a freeroll every few seconds, then I understand your play to double up early or play the next one.

Where do you play FR every few seconds?

On Full tilt Poker the Poker After Dark and aussie Millions was staring at least 1 per min the other day sometimes 2 in a min, There is only 1 place paid in both of these but are limeted to around 360 players each, The only viable stratergy is to go all in first hand as around 50% of the people who participate do, you will need a good chip stack to play against the other big stacks. If you lose your probally already registered for the next anyway.

The time is more like 4 to 6 minutes between .nets and .coms. Sometimes you get a .net and a few seconds later get a .com. The way to see them is to bring up the round 2 lobbies and wait for the satellites to show on them.

Like pigpen says, these particular freerolls are constant.

Load up 4 of them, pick a decent hand in the first two orbits to go all in. If you get knocked out, load up another. Limp into lots of pots (normal raising has little effect), if you hit the flop, try to get all your money in again.

Very bad training for real poker playing though, btw.
