Probably because there is a huge market open there, poker is growing massively there and pokerstars in backing the EPT as well, is obviously looking to capitalize on the boom there.

Europe is the primary market for poker sites at the moment, at least until common sense prevails in the U.S. and American players can once again deposit and play freely.
