Just got an email from support,

Hello,

Thank you for emailing Full Tilt Poker.

The Full Tilt Poker game client is currently unaccessible due to
unscheduled maintenance. Our teams are working to restore service as
soon as possible.

We understand your disappointment with the current site outage, and
understand the frustration of not being able to connect to the game
client. We believe in treating our players equally and fairly, and
because these situations affect thousands of players, we have rules set
out for the distribution of funds when a disconnection occurs. You can
find these disconnection rules and stipulations in Section #30 and #31
of our tournament rules:
Online Poker at Full Tilt Poker - Tournaments - Rules

We appreciate your patience and hope to have you back at the tables
shortly.

Regards,

Andrew

FTP's disconnect was a gift from God for me. I was on life support in a 6 person SnG...FullTilt refunds money to everyone involved in a SnG when the power goes out. It's happened 3 times for me in the past 2 months.

FT Apology

Just got this from FullTilt...very nice!

As you may be aware, we suffered a system outage at 16:15 ET on Sunday, March 4th that forced us to suspend game play on our site for several hours.
We have now completed our reconciliation process, and we have made the following adjustments to your account: If you were sitting at a real money ring game at the time of the outage, any money you had at the table has been returned to your account.
If you were registered for, or were playing in a tournament that was voided during this period, your account has been restored in accordance with our tournament rules, which you can read at: http://www.fulltiltpoker.com/tourRules.php.
In addition, and as our way of apologizing for the inconvenience this outage caused, we have credited your account with an extra $5. If you have any questions regarding the status of your account, please contact us at support@fulltiltpoker.com.
Thank you for your understanding and see you online.
Sincerely,
Full Tilt Poker
