FTP Cashout - 24-48 hours - whatever!

Hey all,

Just wanted to let you guys know that i have been having some problems with FTP. I have a couple of pending withdrawals that have been pending for 5 days now. After 2 days of emails trying to find out what was going on and getting no direct answer they sent me this about 1 hour ago. Bare in mind i have sent well over 15 emails in the last 2 days and had nothing but bullshite excuses

Hello Jonathan,

Thank you for your response and we appreciate your patience in this
matter.

We would like to again apologize for the delay in processing your
withdrawal request. As you know, we are currently experiencing technical
difficulties with all NETeller withdrawals. and we are working
diligently to expedite this.

Your transaction should be processed within the next 48 to 72 hours.

Thank you for your patience and understanding, Jon. Please let us
know if you have any questions or concerns.

Regards,

Scarlet
Full Tilt Poker Support

That would top up this withdrawal to over a week! what the hell is going on and how can this be down to technical difficulties with all NETeller withdrawals???

Jon

Neteller isn't being friendly as far as I can see. I put too much confidence in FTP to think they're doing anything to "screw" with ya. Even though they were too ignorant to respond to your initial email in an appropriate amount of time, sending fifteen emails in two days is not the thing to do and it definitely doesn't make you get your money or a response any faster, I assure you. They know you want the money you have rightfully coming to you. Be patient and keep us updated.

o no, they have been replying to my 15 emails. Reply speeds have been very good. but its just all the crap they have been coming out with has made the whole situation worse. That and they offered, then point blank refused with no explanation to put the 20k odd back into my account, its just made the situation very stressful.

I'm pretty sure it's Neteller's fault and not FTP's

You do realize that NETeller recently had about $90 Million in frozen funds that they have been distributing to American customers over the past few weeks. NETeller is backlogged because they are trying to get the money back to people who have been waiting for it for over 6 months. So yes, I can imagine your new request from FTP to NETeller is not at the top of the list.

You should have just had FTP send you a check.

I think you are looking at this the wrong way pal, Your acting like i have done somthing wrong. Im not intrested in other people, im intrested in my money. If those other people have waited for 6 months then thats there own fault. I have used neteller for sums alot larger in the past with no problems, if i wanted a check i would have had asked for one.

I agree, but they are the only payment processer that i can get money out quickly with. checks take 15 days to come and 5 days to cash. Just too long.
