Full Tilt log on problem

I'm on FullTilt and had troubled loading new software yesterday (2/28) but got on with the new software in place. But today they still give me message to load new software, but this time it won't load and gives me message that they can' unlock the archive.
When will it be fixed?

I've noticed I can't take player notes since the new update, after I hit "save and quit" it doesn't save.

huh this is all weird i log on and downloaded software fine, the only thing that happened to me was that at one point it said i was already logged in at a different location, and i wasnt to happy about that but a couple sec. later i was fine.....

You guys having trouble with the player note taking also or is it just me?

I had the same error message (archive issue). Just go to the website and download it again from there, no issues.

I just logged in fine and the note taking worked fine also

Does anyone know why the f**k fulltilt wont save my HH?
I have it setup to save my HH to, C: > program files > fulltilt poker > Hand history, but no such folder even exists. I tried emailing there stupid support but got a message back saying, "I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered."
God Ive always disliked fulltilt, but now its getting pathetic.
It just problem after problem problem after problem after problem after problem after problem, with fulltilt! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

My update loaded fine and notes are working normally for me.

I had sort of the same problem as my HH folder did not exist when trying to import into my pokertracker.... All i did to resolve the problem was create a new folder on my desktop and then went into Full Tilts options and changed the location to my destop folder and everything is fine... Still dont' understand why i cannot locate the original folder though. Good Luck

Does anyone know if you can request your HH by email, like you can on stars?
Also, do full tilt usually take 10+ hours to respond to emails? I seriously don't how this site is so big, pokerstars is like a gazilion times better!

No player notes for me either. Sort of frustrating.
