FTP Daily Dollar Rebuy I have played this tourney a couple of times but have had no sucess, was wondering if you guys can give me any advice on how to approach this tourney. How many times should I rebuy be I should leave, should i rebuy when my chips go under 1000, if i do rebuy should I max rebuy or single.Any advice would be helpful should i sit back and wait for a good hand or play aggressive from the start.HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I usually don't like rebuys, but It helps if donks rebuy then that's just more chips for you but usually I would stay tight in the beginning bc people will try to get lucky just for the fact that they can rebuy. Staying tight in the beginning allows for you to dbl up on a good face pair or two overcards. As far as how many times you want to rebuy that's completely up to you, depends on your bank roll, or if you feel like you can beat the table but you got a bad beat etc.

Love rebuys, in this tourny the best way to play it is to rebuy and get to 3k and play normal from there, i allways add-on if less than 10k at break and if i have more than 10k i don't add-on. if u cash it is usually worth about 7 dollars, so i never rebuy three times only twice for 4 total. allways rebuy for max. gl.

Yeah not much you can do about that, that's the nature of tournaments you've just got to keep on playing your 'A' game and once in a blue moon you'll hit a final table and take first... There's a pretty good article about rebuys here I'm not a huge fan of them but it does help you to get payed off on your monsters because of the "eff it I'll just rebuy if he has me" mentality.

I like daily dollar. Unfortunatelly we europeans can only play in the rebuy-addon tourny (the freezout tourney is late for us). I usually rebuy at the beginning and that's all. The rebuy tournys have a advantage: many players play loose at the beginning because they can rebuy them back in the tourny. I had no luck in my last 5 daily dollar tourneys: I usually dropped out before bubble.

re: FTP Daily Dollar Rebuy poker I set myself a max of $5, including rebuys and addon... First Rebuy as soon as more than 4 players have more than 3000 chips and i havent chipped up till then to extract max value from good hands... GL aC

I limit my rebuys to the lowest payout and will rebuy from the start I find that ppl will go 'all in' more often with AK AQ hands and if i have 88+ I will call as I am willing to risk my chips early to build a stack I also find that when the rebuy period ends unless you have been building a stack you can find yourself risking 1/2 ur stack if you are 3 betted so in rebuys i like to play solid starting hands but be willing to push with them raising 5BB and all in con bets in early stages middle stages I will try to stay away from big stacks and concentrate on lower ones as they are likely either playing tight to just cash or willing to gamble to double up thats a general tactic i use but do adapt only played that daily dollar a few times but keep meaning to try more prob play it tonight now
