Favorite Poker Pro

Was just wondering who is whos favorite poker pro and why?

Mine is Sammi Farha. He always has the same look. No matter if he takes down a huge pot, Or loses a huge pot to a suck out.

For some reason I really like to watch John Juanda play. I think he's easily one of the top 10 players in the world. Great skill and more class than ill ever have

I enjoy watching Daniel Negreanu. The way he talks out the hand and makes huge lay downs is very impressive. I also like Jesus Ferguson. His composure is awesome at the poker table.

I have 2 favorites. One is Sammy Farha. He to me is everything a poker player should be. He is mysterious. You never know where he is comming from. He mixes his game well. He thinks out every move and plays old school.

Second is Mike Matusow. He is very under rated. When he is on his game there is no one that can beat him. He has proven to be a top player again this year at the main event by beating out or outlasting every other well known pro at the main event.

My favorite pro is probably Kenny Tran or Daniel Negreanu. They can both make sick calls and very sick reads

Daniel Negreanu because he is fun to watch and is good at predicting what other people have.

i would have to go with phil laak as in terms of watching but definetly gus hansen or chris ferguson as in terms of playing

Chris Fergusson. He is unreadable and never gives up. I like that attitude. If I could play anyone I would like to play him. LOL If I have to watch someone it would also be Chris Fergusson.

I like Daniel Negreanu for his ability in "reading" hands.
Annette Obrestad because she'a a phoenomenon.
And Doyle Brunson, the very best.

Has to be negreanu for me too, hes just a class act all round, great player and always comes across as a decent bloke at the tables, I remember seeing him play in one of the WSOP's with this guy just like U and me and he was having a great time messing about with him and I thought that showed his class.

Yeah I agree here. Negreanu is definitely my favorite, and Helmuth is my least favorite. I can't stand the way he complains about everything.

Negreanu is a very laid back player with an uncanny ability to read people and make excellent calls. He is always fun to watch and IMO has great strategy.

I like Dan Negreanu for his ability and savy about playing his hand and the opponent reads are fantastically accurate. Everyone likes Texas Dolly, whats not to like. I dont like Phil Hellmuth because he thinks he is the best and especially his sttitude. The mouth Matusow is funny but says the wrong things sometimes.

There are a lot that stand out for me. I do like Farha a lot and really enjoy watching him play. The action he creates is amazing. I like Fergusson because he just never goes on tilt and is just amazing at evaluating situations before making a move. Doyle is a legend and plays the game with more naturla instinctual ability than any other in my book. I think the one I have learned the most from is Daniel Negraeau and overall he is probably the pro I most enjoy watching because of his reading ability.

I like Daniel mainly because he genuinely appers to be having fun, albeit I would to if I was making his kind of money.

jesus is my number one bc he is one of the greatest heads up players out there and i like playin heads up game

but daniel is a very close 2nd his reads at a table is crazy and he is just halarious to watch play

My favorite player is Huck Seed. He just seems like a laid back player and I like his style of play.

Overall, I like Chris Ferguson since he's tough to read, great heads-up player, and like his never-give-up attitude.

A close second is Daniel Negreanu since he's fun to watch (makes even an otherwise boring table interesting) and has those great reads on other players.

I noticed many like Chris Ferguson. I cant stand him, Since last year when he got me banned on tilt poker.

I said hes avatar looked 1000's better then he does in person and like 5 minutes later, tilt took chat from me for 3 months.

Being a Canadian, Daniel Negreanu and Isabelle Mercier top my list. Can't help but give respect to Ferguson and Doyle Brunson, however.

Chris Ferguson, absolutly! Not only can he cut a banana in half with a playing card, he is a mathimatical GENIUS!! Phd in Computor science, not to mention a brilliant poker player! He's even tempered, NEVER looses his cool and is the consumate gentleman at all times!!!

I love watching Negreanu play , hes always been a favorite of mine. and just to do a lil name dropping I got to meet Scotty in Vegas at the WSOP this year, he was on break from final table of the HORSE tourny that he ended up winning for the 1.9 mil. What a great guy, he stopped and took pics with us and chatted us up for a few minutes, then went back in to his table and won his game. Was a great time. I recommend any poker fan go check it out if u have a chance.

Phil Hullmuth is my favorite player as far as entertaining,I like when he cries and when he loses a hand or even gets bet off a hand,,he says..
"I set this whole thing up..I been setting this hand up for 2 days"
