Are Fast Table Cash Games Easier

Do you think fast tables contain more weak players in cash games than the regular speed ones.
It occurred to me this might be true because the donks are looking for a faster moving game.

I don't think that they contain any more weak players than a regular speed table would. About the only reason I would say that a weak/inexperienced player would go to a high speed table would be because they don't always pay attention to what they are clicking on in the lobby. I have seen this many times(not exactly with the turbo tables). When I was trying to finish some challenges for the FullTilt Academy, I was playing some Cap games and some Pot-Limit Hold'em games, and there would be people in there all the time that didn't realize why they couldn't go all-in or couldn't bet this or that amount, because they just clicked on whatever was open in the lobby and didn't pay attention to what the table actually was.

It's more likely to have stronger players. A stronger player who thinks may purposely select a fast table for whatever reason as they table select. Fish just sit at open tables with little or no selection.

As a gambler, I would choose fast tables. As a newbie to poker who wants to win, I wouldn't choose fast tables.

I would have thought stronger players mostly select regular speed tables as it means they always have enough time to think about decisions and aern't rushed.
Donks who don't have any skill and treat the game as roulette probably prefer the game to move as fast as possible.

That and many of the stronger players are multi-tabling, so they have even less time to act, depending on the amount of tables they are playing. It is easier and much more profitable to play two regular speed tables than it would be to play one turbo table... more hands/hour = more money/hour.

it seems to me that fast tables are harder because you have less time to think about your decisions and what cards your opponent might have. Just my thought on them. Thats why i dont play them

The fast table seem like more advance players play, where the slow table are one just waiting for the great hands to play

For the reason you just stated, there are advanced players sitting at all of your tables and just scooping all of the blinds while you and others just sit and wait for your great hands. Then beat your great hands because they can narrow your range down so much that if they see you couldn't have improved on the flop, they take action.

LOL no. Strong players multitable so it's entirely irrelevant to them whether they play fast tables or not. They just adjust the number of tables to keep a reasonable number of hands/hour. I like to play about 500 hands/hour personally, but i can move that number to more than 1000 hands/hour if needed and still play profitable poker.

Strong players table select by looking for fishes, for tables where they have position on the fishes and where the presence of shortstacking scumbags does not prevent them from isolating those fishes. Any other criterion is entirely irrelevant.

I agree that "any other criterion is entrely irrelevant", mainly because of all the other variables involved in selecting tables. I, for instance, often play turbos when I'm constrained for time. For some folks it might depend on which tables are filling up and which aren't. The list goes on and on...

fast table are not that fast. lol and I love short stackers, they cant take advantage of there good hands and cant bluff.
Stealing blinds is ok if you have a semi weak hand, but why win such a small pot? in relation to stack size. I prefer to see flops and stack players. Dont mind loosing a blind or two when I have some decent implied odds.
