I shoulda probably called based on if I hit. As soon as I saw it I was mad.

The cances of hitting a set are approx 1:8 on the flop. You'd need massive implied odds or 1:8 minimum on your money to call the raise here. Since pretty much all the other players except zapp are medium to shortstacks, I like folding here since with all the raising, someone is bound to go all-in and we lose all implied odds (flop or turn). Against oen small reraise, the situation still looks good, but against two, no way.

Don't be results oriented. You called the minraise hoping to catch (and stack him), but not calling two reraises is fine, even if they're puny: you're likely behind to at least one to two high pp (who can hit a set too, remember...). Plus, calling wasn't a guarantee someone wouldn't raise again and go all-in preflop, cutting even deeper into your pot odds.
