Eppasporte Screwed me out of $4,500! Players/Owners BEWARE !

My epassporte account was supposedly "hacked" ..My password was changed ,My email adress was changed and then the 5,600 dollar affilaite payment i recived just minutes before was taken out by way of buissness to personal account transfers of over 1 thousand dollars eatch.

This happend on a friday after the epass buissnees offices are closed.I conatacted epass monday morning.They locked the account, but not before $4500 was transfered to the persoanl account of "lizyleach" and 3 visa cards were applied for and approved by epass.

end result epass says the funds cant be reveresed because "lizyleach" somehow was able to withdraw all the money over the weekend and before they had a chance to lock my account and that account no longer has the funds avaiable

EPASS WILL NOT COVER THIS LOSS ! EPASS DOES NOT COVER FOR FRUAD NOR DOES IT COVER FRUAD THAT HAPPEND WITHIN THE CONFINES OF ITS OWN CLIENTS AND SYSTEM

Meaning this...all somone needs to drain your epass account is a password...thats it! no securty questions or phone call is required to change the account information and once this is done epass will hold no resposibilty and you are screwed

The Sponsor who made the payment to me will no longer be using epass as a payment method.I suggest any programs or webmasters currently using epassporte as a pypment option seriously consider other options, Unlike most baking/ money institutions ,Epassporte will not cover your losses due to fraud

wow this is horrible something should be done...i suggest not to keep so much money in your account and maybe use another money transfer system

USA....but thats not the point..the point it..your money is not insured at epass and if you get a deposit from a a casino website to your epass account and somone else gains access you lose everything.

epss does not require any additional information other than your password to change all the details of your account.no secury questions willl be asked..no phone cal to the account holder will be made.

Not certain if there was anything you could do legally about it, but being a resident in U.S. might leave you in the cold. As the rope tightens around our necks here in U.S., this could be a good warning of what might happen to allot more of us in the future, with nobody to fall back on.

How did he get your password at ePass? Seems to me that is where your problem started.

Thats like a bank getting robbed, then just saying "Fuk it! it its not our problem!" and you lose whatever you had in the bank, that sucks monkey balls.

I hate Eppasporte. I used to use Use My Bank but they are temporarlly unavalable. Eppasporte is such a ripoff. First off thier charges are way too high. Than on top of that i had to pay 35 bucks for this stupid credit card. I just cashed out $900.00 from my pokerstars account on Dec 25th and went to the bank today Jan 2 to withdrawl some money with my eppasporte credit card. When i tried it sais your request exceeds available balance. Does anyone know how long it takes before you can withdrawl your funds. I really dont trust Eppasporte and would much rather have checks sent to me.

You know if someone got your pokerstars / fulltilt / any site password, they can fully drain your account no matter how much it is....

just this past saturday when i made a deposit 2 epass there was like a "security upgrade" option when i logged in, it gave me a choice of then or every time i logged in after if wasnt done then, it had me answer 3 ?s and also pic a special avatar that if i dont see it said not 2 trust that i was dealing with them, has this happened 2 anyone else?. anyways how do you think this happened to you? is it someone you know?

Interesting, I have actually never had a problem with them, I like the virtual visa card cause you can pay bills with it, but then again I have never cashed out or deposited very much, think checks will be the best way to go in the future, and maybe this is a wake up call to only keep a certain amount of money in the account. I would not put more than 100 bucks and probably would not keep over 500 hundred in any one site.

Daily Maximum Single Cash Transaction AmountUS$1000.00 Which means you can't do any more transactions for 24 hrs. Whether it's transfering, spending, or withdrawing.

I'm not even going to comment on the 3 visa's. Do some research and you'll know why.

What do you want them to do ? They are not a bank and if you read their license agreement, I'm pretty sure it states that they hold no responsabilities if somebody gets hold of your password and transfer funds. The credit card story also seems sketchy.

Maybe we should all switch to mynetbetsdotcom for our money transfer options!!
