EPASSPORTE Stole From Me
On 02/20/2007 my bank account had a charge of $25 from epassporte, epassporte said my $25 would avaliable be on 2/27/2007. I log on today to find no $$ in my account and no pending transaction. Where on earth is my money!

I have the transaction in my bank account, but they didnt send me an email telling me about the load or anything, last email i got from them, was them telling me to verify my bank account and i did that...im gonna try to call them but the last time i called them i was on hold for over 30 minutes, has any one else had this happen to them?

You need to wait just a bit longer. When I deposited thru them it took freakin forever.....even after I saw there charge on my bank account.
There definately is a better way to go....Epassporte so far is a joke...... |

I tried ePassport too after Click2Pay & Neteller were no longer options. They have been incredibly slow. I gave up on them and tried MyWebATM. They were slow to get set-up too but now it is working smoothly and quickly for me.

EPassporte is a joke! They give you a date and time yer funds will be available, and I've waited as much as 2 days longer for them to finally show up. They have NEVER answered any email I sent them, and it's impossible to get through on the phone. Trupay, the service PokerStars is offering in prepaid Visa, worked much better dfor me.

No idea why you folks seem to be having so much trouble with epassporte. When I move funds from my bank checking account into my epassporte account, I get the same message, that my funds will be available about two days later. However, when I go immediately to Full Tilt and attempt to deposit those same funds via epassporte, I get a green light from them every time without fail. I've never had to wait until the date and time indicated by epassporte to access those fresh funds. By the same token, I've made three withdrawals from Full Tilt back to my epassporte account, which I then returned to my checking account. The funds were in my bank within three business days each time.
Obviously, I have no problems recommending epassporte to my friends here in the States who are looking for new funding options. It's been 100% effective and trouble-free for me. |
