doyle's room problem

Over about a 4 month's span I had built a pretty good bankroll on Doyle's room, Poker Host, Poker Time, and Intertops. About a week ago, I was invited to a 6000 dollar freeroll on Doyle's room. I had prior plans and couldn't make it, so I asked a friend to play it for me, big mistake. I never imagined he would go crazy and spend all my money then close my account because of his gambling problem. Make up some story about how they closed cause he played my game. I now have all the before mentioned accounts closed cause they are affiliates, or whatever, I hope so any way I have much more money in other accounts. I contacted the support group at doyle's room and they basically tell me I'm sol. I asked them to look at my account history and I clearly have no "gambling problem" They said yea, there is still nothing they could do. I wonder what they do with that money. They told me I was basically banned from the sites and could not open another account. The kicker is my friend still has account with these sites. Pretty lame huh. Oh the lady kept telling me her boss said, her boss said, and when I asked to talk to him he was in a meeting, well can I contact him later. Sorry sir you can not . All this has really left me sour. I can't help to think if this same thing would of happened if I had thousands in there. Probably would of. Just thought I'd let everyone here my story.......

yeah why did you allow your friend to play on YOUR account? Did you not know previously that he had a gambling problem? How is your relationship with your friend now that he did this?

you should change the title of the post. Not a problem with Doyle's Room but a problem with you and your friend.

Im still confused as to why Doyles banned U?

Your 'friend' lost all your money and closed your account, so what? That doesnt break any of their rules, why did they ban U?

Something tells me theres more to this

My thoughts exactly. So having someone else play for you isn't allowed? Okay, understandable. But how did they found out and close the account?

No, his friend lost all of his money on his Doyle account. Then his friend proceeded to "lock" his account, which basically means you are self-excluding yourself from their poker room, YOU do it yourself. Doyles room support had absolutely nothing to do with it.

His friend probably did that so that the OP wouldnt be see he lost all his money? I dont know, what a retard.

Alright your welcome for the warning.
And thanks for the name calling.
I needed that
Why are internet poker players so self righteous.
If you have comments like that why cant you keep them to yourself you feel the need to what show your ignorance. I know I was stupid for doing that I just put my self aside in hopes to help another new player like me.
