| much much much more in tournament imo......cash games are pretty solid.. usually u sit down at any given cash table and if there is a donk....they will leave once you bust them and are onto their game...they leave to a new table and i follow them lol |

| i would disagree cash game let you buy in a million times so u can donk off a few buy ins.. in tournament play u get 1 chance unless its rebuy.i would say in all the live tourneys compared to live cash games i played the solid players were always tourneys/// Last edited by D'wilius : 11th June 2009 at 7:03 PM. | I have watched some of the higher sit'n gos and cash tables and have come to the conclusion that "Donks" have money to burn too..but when it comes to freerolls or low buyin tournys there are many many more which makes them like you are walking thru a pasture with a blindfold on ..you never sure when your going to step in it |

in cash tables ( at least in the micro tables whick i play) its full of donks who plays you with hands like 78, q7, etc, they dont have any problems on risking the bankroll with bad hands and also they were lucky enough and beat you!! tournaments are different.. the quality of games increase during the game, different is cash games where donkeys play bad all the time and if they lose just keep playing with more money.... |

| re: Donks in Cash Games vs Tournaments poker i would say tournaments and cash games at the lower levels have there fair share of donks. maybe a little more in tournaments, B/C its a one time buy-in and has less risk. but not that much more |

| I have to say my experience has been way more in MTT. The trash hands they play is all the way up the blind levels. Even at the final table of a 3000+ MTT you see people playing A4 like it was the nuts. But Vanquish is right, finding donks at the cash tables is waaay more profitable. |

you dont have to agree....but about 85% of the other ppl in this thread do agree with me. of course the donks are going to beat you sometimes...its called poker...if they couldn get lucky every once in awhile...poker wouldn be profitable. a donk wont survive long at the cash tables...however they have the potential to make a good run in a tourney. so yea...there are more in MTT's |
