Does Funding an Account at Full Tilt Qualify as Purchase for Epassporte?

I heard you cannot cash out an epassporte account without making one purchase..does funding a full tilt account qualify as a purchase in case I want to withdraw?
i tried to call but got put on hold-tried to e-mail them, but had no luck in finding an e-mail address

Also, can I fund the account with my debit card and then have the funds transferred back to me via e-passporte once I am done playing?

Yup, it qualifies. And never bother trying to call, yoiu'll be on hold for hours. I managed to get CS on the phon 1 time, usimg their imternational #.

You can fund your account with a debit card, but getting the card verified is a convoluted process. My bank totally spazzed over trying it, so I used my bank account instead. It's slow, but it does work
