re: Do you hate, when someone can put you on a hand poker Keep playing your usual game imo. Most of the time when this happens its generally an educated guess based on your raising ranges. The example of this would be when you raise UTG and an observant player realises that your range from that seat is very polarized, he can be correct most of the time calling your hand "AK", assuming that you only raise from that posn with QQ+ AK

As most of you know, I'm relatively new to poker...only beginning my 8th week of ever playing poker. I'm still developing my 'style', so to speak. I guess I'm fairly predictable most of the time, generally approaching most hands with caution at first. Occasionally though, I must catch them off-guard when I shove a really great hand down their throats! Thanks for reminding me that being cautious most of the time marks me as "predictable"! I did feel that others knew what I would do before I did! LOL! I'll definitely have to re-analyze my moves & mix them up accordingly!

re: Do you hate, when someone can put you on a hand poker i would hope they would at least have somewhat of an idea...especially if its early (in a tourney) because if i do stack up some chips, my raising range increases in position...not that that happens a ton, haha. so someone thinking they have a read on me because i established a pattern earlier...can work in my favor. but yeah, if i'm lingering around a stack of chips that isn't letting me open up that much, then fine, they can have a read on my range all they want because that's at least one person who will fold. however it is lame if someone says something in chat...DURING the hand. it really is a crime. i don't just guess what someone has out loud. sometimes its tempting. the other day...playing some freeroll...was at a table with some donkey...the blinds are low, its early. this guy is just stalling down to the last second on every hand. he was chatting it up, and everyone at the table was starting to get pretty annoyed with him. one hand comes up and he just quickly limped in...in a hurry this time. i knew he had a monster, i thought he had AA because i saw him stall limp AK and QQ in earlier. he'd doubled up and i guess thought he was really good all ready. someone with JJ raised, he called. flop comes down, neither hit...he checks, JJ shoves, he calls...and turns over AA. figured it was the only hand he'd get all excited about...and just limped, let JJ see the flop...everyone in there couldn't stand him all ready, nobody would have been like 'hey man that's cold, you shouldn't talk about the hand' if i'd said 'i think he's got AA'...but there's just no point in it...even if he deserved it in this case.

If the guy's not in the hand... yah I'll feel like slapping him. Worse.. when he hesitantly folds preflop then lets everyone know he would've hit that flop really well... on a pair'd flop you've just led out on... grrrr... He guesses your hand..... I'd just disregard it and keep playing my game, making adjustments for the particular table obv. I would also politely remind him (after the hand) that it is not cool to be doing this. If he continues I will advise him that I have warned him and will now be contacting support.

re: Do you hate, when someone can put you on a hand poker if you start playing too tight and all of a sudden you come out with a raise, its not that hard to guess what your hand is. Thats why i tend to play looser and play hands that others normally wouldnt play, that way when you pick up a real hand, you can get paid off
