Did I play this bad?

I'm playing at a live game, full ring and I'm UTG with A10s. I've been playing at the table for at least four hours at this point and have been mixing my game up, certainly not playing really tight.I've got around 250-300 in front of me at this 1-2 nl game and I raise to 10 bucks. I get two middle position callers. The flop comes three spades, giving me the nuts. I bet out 15 bucks and one guy folds the other calls. The turn is another spade, good news for me. I bet out 30 bucks and the guy calls. The river is a red brick, small red card that didn't pair the board. I bet out 50 bucks and the guy calls. He shows me the 2nd nut flush with the King of spades in his hand.

What did I do wrong? I should've stacked this guy on the turn and he just called me all the way down. I thought he was drawing to a boat, that's the weirdest hand I've seen in a long time. The guy gets there on the turn and then won't bet his hand, or in this case raise all in like he should've. He beats EVERY hand but my hand. What gives here??? Of course if I was on the internet it's a stack off almost instantly. Live games are tough. This guy's gotta be leaving money on the table in the long run playing like that.

im guessing that this was in a casino? if thats the case remember that not everyone there is playing as serious as you are. most them are there just to play. the guy probably was afraid of you having the ace which is the case. you could have shoved on the river you know your good. barring a straight flush but idk if your gonna get a call from him if you shove.

Was his K suited as well?

The good/bad card came on the turn...It may have made his hand, but it also allowed 1 card, the most likely card you are playing, to beat him. If he's a tighty, which sounds like he is, he is looking for any monster under the bed, so you may have been able to bet a little more and he might have called. Yet, imo, the action killer is the 4th spade on the turn.

If he's a fish he's never laying down K/Q of spades so I like an overbet here, it doesn't always work but it doesn't need to work as often as a smaller value bet

Happened to me last night. The difference seems to be that my villain believed his was the best hand, and he had me covered.

You might have bet bigger, and maybe (unlikely) your villain folds. So if anything when you have someone in your clutches, squeeze harder?

You raised preflop so you are supposed to be (but not necessarily) representing a decent hand. Your bet on the flop could have been interpreted as a semi-bluff. In other words, he could have put you on the ace of spades (with maybe a K/Q of another suit) when you bet the flop. Then when the spade hits the turn, he decides that he will continue to call unless you get wild with your betting. However, as others have noted, that might not be the case and an overbet might have been called.
